How to check your meter ........

• Firmware Version Upgrade: Hold down the "ON" button for 12 to 15 seconds and several digits will show. If the last two digits shown are NOT  .46 then it qualifies.
   
• New improved Barrel Pistons for the HI & Lo valves. All SMAN2 & 3  qualify for this upgrade if purchased prior 22/09/2011. After this date, your SMAN will either come with a replacemet set of pistons or already have them installed. However, we need to verify your SMAN if your firmware Version is already on .46.

What to DO?

1. Fill in your ALL contact details in our enquiry form
    
2. Ensure to have your Model listed.
    
3. Ensure you put the SERIAL NUMBER in the information.
    
4. Ensure you put in the information: when and where you purchased your SMAN2 or 3.
    
5. Have your PURCHASE RECEIPT ready to send.
    
6. Once we verify and  contact you all you need to do is send in your meter to us and we will do the rest. We will also ship it back to you FREE of charge.
